These terms govern your use of Katori. By using Katori, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Katori.
Katori is operated by its founder, a private individual resident in Spain, until Katori is incorporated as a company. Contact: contact@katori.ai.
Katori is a free job search service for listings published by employers and other third parties. Katori is not the employer, does not receive or review applications, does not take part in any hiring decision and is not a recruitment or placement agency. When you apply for a job, you leave Katori and deal directly with the employer.
You must be 18 or older to use Katori.
Listings are written and owned by the employers and other third parties that publish them. A listing can be out of date, already filled or inaccurate. Showing a listing is not an endorsement of the employer or the job. Check the details on the employer's own page before you apply.
Some information on Katori, such as salary ranges, remote policy, seniority, summaries and skills, is generated automatically with AI from the original listing and can be wrong or incomplete. The employer's original listing always prevails.
Katori links to websites it does not control, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Katori is not responsible for their content. If a link leads to unlawful content, tell us and we will remove it.
You must not:
Search engines may index Katori as its robots.txt allows.
Katori's name, design, software, and the selection and arrangement of its content belong to its operator. Listings, company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the employer and the job.
Employers, rights holders and anyone named in a listing can ask for the listing, or their details in it, to be removed. Anyone can also report a listing they believe is fraudulent, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful. Write to contact@katori.ai with the address of the Katori page, the reason for the request, and your name and contact details. We aim to act within 5 business days, and sooner for personal data or clearly unlawful content.
Employers do not need to give a reason to have their own listings removed, and can ask for all of their listings to stop being shown.
Katori is provided free of charge and as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and block access to anyone who breaches these terms or puts the service at risk.
We do not guarantee that listings are correct, complete or current, that Katori will be available or free of errors, or that you will find a job through it.
Katori is not liable for decisions you make based on a listing, for the acts of employers or other websites, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms when the law or the service changes. The date at the top shows the version in force, and using Katori after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts where you live. In all other cases, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
