Visit measurement uses a hash of each request that is discarded after 24 hours and cannot identify you across other websites. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Listings on Katori reproduce listings that employers publish on their own public careers pages. Some name a recruiter or hiring contact and include their work email, phone number or profile link.
If you write to contact@katori.ai, we process your name, email address and message to answer you and to keep a record of the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling requests and defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them for up to 3 years after the request is closed.
All processing described in this policy relies on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): delivering and securing the site, measuring it in aggregate, and publishing listings as employers wrote them. We have weighed these interests against your rights and freedoms, and do not rely on them where your interests prevail.

Processors act only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Transfers outside the European Union rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of these safeguards is available on request.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, and to restrict its processing.
Right to object: because processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object to it at any time. We will stop unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
To exercise any right, write to contact@katori.ai. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, and reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the supervisory authority where you live.
AI models are used to read job listings and extract facts such as salary or location. No automated decisions are made about any person.
Katori is intended for people aged 18 or over and does not knowingly process data of minors.
