Good to know
At Claneo, we place great value on collaboration and regular meetings in the office. At the same time, working from home is part of our everyday working life, which is why we offer an annual mobile working allowance. However, it is important to note that the advertised position is for our Berlin office and we do not consider filling the position 100% remotely.
This is what you can expect from us
Work-Life Balance
At Claneo, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer more than just flexible working hours. Our approach to employee well-being includes a flextime model and flexible Fridays, allowing you to better manage your work schedule. We also provide the option for remote and mobile working days, giving you the freedom to work from different locations. Your time off is valued, with a generous allowance of 28 annual vacation days. Additionally, we offer special leave between Christmas and New Year's. For those who desire even more leisure time, we provide the option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year.
Personal and Professional Development
Your growth is important to us. You'll get the chance to actively contribute to our agency's development and attend regular internal and external training sessions. In addition, you may dedicate 8% of your weekly working hours to personal and professional development. During your onboarding and probation period, you'll have a personal buddy for all the help and support you need.
Career with Prospects
We value long-term relationships with our employees. To demonstrate this commitment, we offer a monthly loyalty bonus starting from your third year with us. Additionally, an employer-funded company pension scheme is available upon request, further supporting your long-term financial security.
Health and Well-being
The mental and physical health of our employees is important to us. That’s why you can look forward to company-subsidised massages at the office and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership. We also support your mental health through specially trained mental health first aiders.
Community Engagement
Social issues and sustainable practices are very important to us. To help you get from A to B affordably and in a climate-neutral way, we cover the cost of your Deutschlandticket and offer you the option of leasing a bike for work. You also have one day per year to support social projects of your choice.
