Window & Door Sales Consultant

Window & Door Sales Consultant (Design Consultant)

This Is the Toughest Job You'll Truly Love

We're hiring workaholics. If that word makes you flinch, stop reading because this isn't for you. If it made you sit up straighter, keep going.

We want the person who loves the grind and runs at big challenges when the personal, professional and financial rewards are just as big. Work harder, play harder, earn like no one else, live like no one else.

This isn’t a 9-to-5, but it isn’t entirely build-your-own either. You’ll work within a set weekly structure while shaping your schedule around when homeowners are available and when you perform at your best. Evenings and weekends are part of the role.

Are you the go-to person for advice in your friend and family group? Naturally curious, devouring books, podcasts, business and self-improvement material, with the emotional maturity to use it? We want you.

The role is fast, competitive and demanding. Mornings, evenings and weekends are part of the cadence because that's when homeowners are available. You'll sit at kitchen tables, earn trust in a single conversation, and guide people through one of the biggest investments they'll make in their home. We bring the window and door training, the products and the support. You bring the fire.

What You'll Actually Do

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.

Who Thrives Here

We're not looking for average. We're looking for:

• Assertive - You lead the room and welcome the hard conversation.
• High EQ - You read people fast and adjust faster.
• Resilient with grit - A no doesn't rattle you; it sharpens you.
• A learner - Curious, coachable, always consuming something that makes you better.
• An owner - No excuses, no blaming the lead, no waiting to be told.
• Optimistic - You believe the next one is yours.
• In love with the grind - Competition, urgency and variety get you out of bed.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You Get

• Uncapped, performance-based earnings. Our average reps earn $190K in their first full year—but you’re not here to be average.
• Paid training and coaching from people who've done the job themselves.
• Clear expectations, not guesswork, and the freedom to own how you work inside them.
• A fast path up; we promote on results, not tenure.
• Recognition when you win, and a team that competes hard and celebrates harder.

If you want comfortable and predictable, there are other jobs. If you want the toughest job you'll truly love, apply today and let's find out what you're capable of.
