Role Overview

Every returned product that comes through our warehouse needs to be evaluated, and documented correctly. The Warehouse Returns Specialist owns this process from start to finish. This includes sorting and inspecting incoming returns, determining product condition, routing units through the correct triage path, and keeping accurate records so the rest of the company can trust what happened to every returned unit. This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations and customer support. You'll work hands-on with physical inventory while also coordinating closely with Customer Support, other Emporia warehouses/3PL partners to make sure refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims move quickly and accurately. We're not looking for a returns or logistics expert — we're looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn our systems and processes.
