Trainer - Sales & Soft Skills Development

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

• Design and deliver global training programs for both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, adapted to regional needs and go-to-market models.

• Champion consultative selling as the foundation of our sales approach, embedding it across onboarding, coaching, and ongoing enablement.

• Own new-hire onboarding for sales roles end-to-end, ensuring new joiners ramp quickly and confidently across all regions.

• Build and facilitate soft skills, leadership, and growth mindset training for sales professionals and emerging leaders.

• Partner with Sales Enablement to translate sales process, methodology, and product knowledge into clear, actionable learning journeys.

• Collaborate with Quality to ensure training reinforces customer interaction standards and measurable performance outcomes.

• Work with Customer Success to align messaging and skills across the full customer lifecycle, not just the point of sale.

• Partner with sales managers to build coaching capability and reinforce learning through ongoing observation, feedback, and development conversations.

• Partner with HR on leadership development pathways, career growth frameworks, and talent readiness initiatives.

• Drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, onboarding speed, conversion rates and customer experience through capability development initiatives.

• Deliver blended learning experiences, in-person, virtual, workshops, and role-plays, tailored to a global, multicultural audience.

• Measure and report on training effectiveness, using data to continuously improve program design and business impact.

Who are you:

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, with a solid foundation of hands-on selling experience across multiple sales channels (inside and/or field).

• Strong grounding in consultative and solution selling methodologies (e.g. Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Value Selling, TAS).

• Proven experience designing and facilitating soft skills and leadership development programs, beyond core sales training.

• Confident operating in a global, matrixed environment, adapting content and delivery style to different regions and cultures.

• Skilled in blended learning design, in-class, virtual, workshops, and role-play-based facilitation.

• A strong track record of raising measurable sales effectiveness and demonstrating training ROI.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; additional EU or global languages are an asset.

• Comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Quality, Customer Success, and HR.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritize a global workload with minimal supervision.

• A genuine team player who brings energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to a fast-moving environment.
