A passion for customer service and an appetite for working independently and at pace will set you up for even more success. We’ll support you with developing your skills and will provide the training and guidance you need on the job in a safe, supportive, and flexible environment while you get paid.
Inspired to learn more? nbn’s free Digital Work Experience allows anyone to experience the work that our Customer Field Technicians (CFT) do every day – from the comfort of your own home. Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
