Toddler Teacher - Active Learning Centers, Emmaus

Toddler Teacher – Emmaus

Active Learning Centers is an award-winning, family-owned childcare organization looking for caring, educated, dedicated, and passionate early-childhood professionals to join our Toddler team at our Emmaus location.

The toddler years are an incredibly important time of growth and development. Our teachers do much more than care for children—we
teach, nurture, encourage, guide, and help toddlers develop the skills they need to become confident and capable learners.

We believe young children learn best through hands-on experiences, movement, exploration, play, meaningful relationships, and positive interactions. Our classrooms give toddlers opportunities to run, play, create, explore, communicate, and build independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

We love what we do, and we love having fun while doing it!

Competitive Toddler Teacher Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on education and experience.

All applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and successfully complete required background clearances.

About Active Learning Centers

At Active Learning Centers, we believe in believing in, pushing, and inspiring everyone in our family to continually become a better version of themselves.

Our teachers create an atmosphere that combines learning, leadership, movement, creativity, and fun. We get to know each child as an individual and understand that every child develops at their own pace.

In our toddler classrooms, teachers help children build confidence and independence while providing the nurturing relationships they need to feel safe, secure, and ready to learn.

We create experiences that engage children's minds and bodies and help them develop communication, social skills, problem-solving abilities, self-help skills, and a love of learning.

Our teachers understand that everyday moments—from snack time to diapering, from outdoor play to cleanup—are opportunities for children to learn, practice independence, and build important life skills.
