Hi, I'm Zandile Vanqa, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.

Strong understanding of coverage vs. confidence and when automation creates false safety.

Comfort acting as the final quality gate for AI‑assisted outputs.

Experience improving brittle tests toward more resilient or self‑adjusting patterns.
