You don’t just want to “close tickets” – You want to make infrastructure run smoother, smarter, and more reliable? You enjoy talking to real people?
Then we’re a great match. We power the platforms that power the internet – and you can be part of it.

Our mission:

Empowering you to reach a greater world

As a trusted partner to SMB and mid-market Internet and IT companies, we advise and deliver on critical cloud hosting needs by offering the right solutions from our global managed hybrid platform.

Your Mission:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer’s experience and success in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:

  • Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further)

  • Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk)

  • Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)

  • Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)

• Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

What we value:

• Curiosity, hands-on attitude, and ownership

• Passion for problem-solving and fault-finding

• Clear, proactive and supportive communication – with teammates, with your manager and with customers

• Team spirit

Your Tech Toolbox (ideally):

• Strong command of Linux: You’re not panicking when the kernel does.

• Solid experience with hardware: Wherever you go, you never go without your USB-to-RS232 console cable

• Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals: There’s no place like 127.0.0.1

• Familiarity with hosting environments, ideally because you’re hosting some application or service yourself

• Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools

driver´s license required

Don’t worry if you’re not ticking every box – we value growth mindset over perfection.

What’s in it for you:

• Purposeful work: Keep mission-critical infrastructure running

• Real tech depth: We own and operate our own infrastructure and data centers

• Open culture: Transparent, collaborative, and your ideas and input are welcome

• Grow with us: Learning platforms, certifications, online and individual trainings – we invest in your development

• Subsidies: Deutschlandticket, Gym membership, JobRad

• Stay healthy and motivated: Company health insurance, company pension scheme, bonus system and shares

• Fuel up, feel good: Free lunch, snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit – because good ideas need good energy.
