Build talent maps and competitive intelligence on target companies/talent pools
Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS
Track and report on sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill) and adjust strategy accordingly

3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong track record sourcing for software engineering roles, with solid understanding of engineering concepts, tech stacks, and terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and stakeholder management
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)
Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple open roles at once
Able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA for the duration of the contract
