Thoughtfully lead candidate debrief and calibration sessions, ensuring alignment between interviewers, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Bring a team-first mentality by sharing market intelligence, collaborating on initiatives, and investing in the growth of those around you to build a recruiting team the business trusts and values.
Partner closely with the HCM Practice Leader/HR Business Partner to provide exceptional and seamless service to our internal clients
