BENCHMARK BASIS

The hiring benchmark supplements the factory’s existing Quality Assurance Manager job description and adapts it to the current need for a stronger Technical Quality leadership role in electrical wire-harness manufacturing. External benchmarking considered manufacturing quality-system expectations and wire-harness acceptance/process-control practices, including IPC/WHMA-A-620.
