About the Position
Power Design is looking for an HVAC expert who wants to take their field experience and use it to develop people — not just projects. You will also conduct technical skill evaluations for new hires and internal promotions, helping ensure that our field talent is placed confidently and successfully on projects.
As a Technical HVAC trainer, you will play a key role in strengthening field capability, ensuring consistent installation quality, and shaping the next generation of HVAC/mechanical professionals at Power Design.
If you love the mechanical trade, enjoy teaching others, and want a role where you can directly influence careers and workforce development—this is your next move.
