- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and operational support.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical architecture, system design, platform dependencies, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment with application development standards, security controls, and technology governance requirements.
- Support the implementation of scalable architecture patterns and modern engineering practices.
- Establish consistent delivery processes, standards, and solutions across global engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, automation, and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project artefacts, delivery documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure defects, remediation activities, and operational fixes are documented and published within central knowledge repositories.
- Support DevOps and continuous delivery practices where applicable.
- Encourage innovation and drive adoption of new delivery practices, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
