Tech Product Intern

Company Description

Cho Tot team is number 1 classified site in VN with more than 1 million daily active users per day and continuously growing day by day. Our vision is to be a marketplace ecosystem to serve Vietnamese life using advanced technology. We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our mission.

You will be one of the talents who build and run services that are used by millions of Vietnamese people. As a Technical Product Intern you will work on our platform products and internal SaaS tools — the products that engineering and business teams across multiple business units build on and work with every day. During the period of intern time, we welcome you to apply for a full-time position in Cho Tot.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own full product lifecycle for platform products: Work from conceptual phase to go-to-market across discovery, delivery, and iteration on platform capabilities and internal SaaS tools that serve multiple business units.

• Understand Internal Users: Your users are colleagues — engineers, operations, and business teams across different business units. Talk to them like a product manager talks to customers: understand their workflows, pain points, and why they adopt (or avoid) a tool.

• Derive Insights: Help define and track how internal products are doing — adoption, usage, time-to-value, and user satisfaction — and synthesize findings from usage data and user interviews into product opportunities.

• Product Documentation: Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes — plus the onboarding guides and changelogs that help internal teams discover and adopt the tools.

• Ideate: Propose new initiatives and improvements that make internal teams faster and remove friction from their workflows, including smart use of AI where it genuinely helps.

• Cross-functional & Cross-BU Collaboration: Gather requirements from multiple business units, help balance competing needs into one roadmap, and work closely with Engineering and Business teams to ensure successful delivery and rollout.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Fluency: Comfortable with basic data analysis, reading API documentation, and understanding how systems fit together. You don't need to code professionally — you need to hold a credible conversation with engineers.

• Mindset: Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment, strong business acumen with a logical, evidence-driven approach to problem-solving. A service mindset: internal users can't be forced to love a tool — it has to earn adoption.

• Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly to both engineering and business audiences, and coordinate effectively across teams and business units to drive results.

• Personal Traits: High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and excellent self-learning skills.

• English is a must.

Benefits:

• Paid internship: 5 mil gross VND

• Chance to experience yourself with a full cycle of product development on platform and internal products.

• Fast moving ecommerce business environment.

• Work on the platform and internal tools that power teams across multiple business units — behind marketplace features used by millions.

• Guidance from experienced product and engineering leaders invested in your growth.
