At Nando’s, it’s all about the people, with chicken on the side!

Join our vibrant crew, earn money, learn life skills, and have fun discovering your best self. Whether you’re greeting customers with a smile or perfecting PERi-PERi magic on the grill, we’ll help you grow—no experience needed, just passion and a hunger to learn.

It’s more than just a job—it’s a chance to build confidence, develop life skills, and join a family that values growth, purpose, and fun.

What’s in it for You?

• Free Nando’s: meals when you work + discounts for friends and family.

• Fixed Hours: with flexibility, no overnights.

• Fun: Team nights out and the chance to win our global Master Griller title.

• Boost your Skills: Grow into roles like Buddy Trainer, Shift Leader or Management.

• Support: Wellness resources (nutrition, fitness, financial & mental health) and more.

• Purpose: Make a difference—supporting communities, sustainability, and social inclusion.

What We’re Looking For:

• A welcoming vibe that makes everyone feel at home.

• A hunger to learn, grow, and ignite your career.

• A team player who lives our values: Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:

• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 16+ (per our minimum age policy).

• You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and, if 18+, may need certifications like RSA depending on local laws.
