A message from one engineer to another
Linde works well for me because the hours suit my lifestyle and I have a better home/work life balance. In my previous role
I often worked shifts which included weekends/nights, this made making plans with family difficult. Annual leave was
challenging to take unless booked a year in advance and working bank holidays was a requirement. Great salary, paid door to door and the support of the team here is invaluable.
