Job Title

Team Lead, Distribution Operations

Job Description

Summary

As part of the Axis Americas Operations team, Distribution Operations is the go-to resource for our Distribution Partners, helping them manage their inventory levels so they have the right products on hand to meet market demand. Success in this role relies on strong collaboration and requires a leader who inspires the team through mentorship and clear, actionable direction. The ideal candidate acts as a self-starter who drives initiatives with full ownership, while remaining equally committed to their own professional development
