At Goodwin, we work with some of the world’s most successful and innovative investors, entrepreneurs and disruptors in the life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology and financial industries, and where they converge. As part of the Global Operations Team – all business professionals at the firm – you’ll collaborate with colleagues from varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an environment where cross-functional learning, networking, and collaboration are at the core of what we do.
Here, we’re not just supporting a law firm; we’re partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, world-class regulatory compliance and advisory services, and complex transactions. Our commitment to integrity, ingenuity, agility, and ambition drives us, and we’re proud to have been recognised as the “Best Business Team” by The American Lawyer.
This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers.
We are seeking a self-motivated, client service focused, highly driven student with a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for working with people and solving complex logistical problems. We are interested in those who can leverage their strong administrative skills, passion for client service and tech savviness to make processes easier and more efficient, creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
In this critical role, you will act as an ambassador between Goodwin and our candidates, and internal clients.

A passion for learning about business, Talent Acquisition and/or the legal field.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
From a Current Co-op Student: As one of the three Talent Acquisition co-ops, my day is always packed with different daily tasks such as scheduling interviews and meeting candidates, and long-term projects like creating a flyer for Goodwin's co-op recruitment. As a TA co-op, you are in charge of ensuring an excellent candidate experience for all of the open positions on the Global Operations team. My favorite parts of my co-op experience have been the collaborative work environment and how close I have become with my team. In addition to my daily work, a project I have worked on so far is with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team where I’ve been able to work on projects that ensure that our staff feel supported and represented. It is clear that Goodwin has taken the time to invest in me. Since my first day, my manager has prioritized regular feedback, professional development, networking, and mentorship. Ultimately, Goodwin cares about cultivating exceptional talent, and this is one of the many reasons why you should apply to Goodwin today!
