• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on PCB, wiring harness, electromechanical integration, and embedded software.

• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports for both bench-level and system-level testing.

• Lead root-cause analysis, ensure design traceability, and verify compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Support manufacturability, cost, and reliability objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., UL, CE, ISO).

• Document technical decisions and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in project requirements or timelines.

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, electrical hardware development, or embedded systems integration.

• Proven track record creating and managing system requirements and performing hardware testing at the circuit and system level.

• Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, Eagle) and electrical test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power analyzers, logic analyzers).

• Experience with battery systems, power electronics, or embedded control systems is highly desirable.

• Ideally familiar with safety standards such as ISO 26262 or ISO 13849, particularly in the context of embedded systems.
