Summer Casual Sales Associates (Bondi Junction)

Princess Polly is the global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower impact and accessible apparel. Established as an online force in the Australian retail scene in 2010, Princess Polly quickly became the clothing brand found in every influencer haul, viral TikTok, Instagram OOTD and celeb street looks. Now, one of the fastest-growing online women's fashion brands in the USA, Princess Polly has been delivering the best online shopping experience to customers worldwide for over 10 years.

As a part of A.K.A Brands; we are a global player with offices located in Los Angeles and Australia’s Gold Coast. With big plans ahead, we're always on the hunt for new talent to join our global team.

We are growing our team and are seeking talented individuals like YOU to join the Polly team. Think you can help us in our journey of becoming the best online shopping destination like...ever? If you're a motivated team player that's obsessed with all-things fashion and pop culture, we'd love to hear from you.

We’ve built an iconic online brand, and now we’re bringing Princess Polly to life in store. With Christmas and the summer season approaching, we’re looking for Summer Casual Sales Associates to join our retail teams and be part of one of the biggest moments in our retail calendar.

As a Summer Casual Sales Associate, you’ll be the go-to for style advice, trend inspiration and the perfect Polly fit. You’ll bring the energy, connect with our community and make every visit feel fresh, fun and uniquely Princess Polly all while keeping the store looking iconic.

From helping someone find the outfit to hyping up their latest Polly purchase, you’ll play a big part in making our stores a place our community wants to come back to.

These roles are expected to run from late October/November 2026 through to February 2027, subject to business and operational needs.

• Style customers with confidence, bringing product knowledge and trend awareness to every interaction
• Drive sales by creating connections, sharing advice and celebrating each purchase with the customer
• Hit your own KPIs while contributing to overall store results across conversion, ATV and UPT
• Keep the store looking fresh with stock replenishment, fitting room support and visual presentation
• Bring energy to every shift, supporting your teammates and fueling the vibe

Who You Are

• You’re naturally confident, energetic and approachable
• You love fashion, trends and putting together a great outfit
• You’re customer obsessed and genuinely love connecting with people
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same
• You’re a team player who knows how to have fun while getting things done
• You’re flexible, adaptable and happy to jump in wherever you’re needed
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but personality, attitude and energy go a long way

Availability

Flexibility is key.

Summer is one of our busiest and most exciting times of year, and we need a team who can be there when our customers are shopping.

We’re looking for availability across weekdays, weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.

The more flexibility you can offer, the more opportunities you’ll have to pick up shifts, get involved and make the most of your summer at Polly.

What happens next?
