Bensons for Beds
ApplyWant to take your earnings further? As a Store Manager at Bensons for Beds, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your base salary and OTE, with additional monthly store bonus potential when your store achieves its target. The more you and your team achieve, the more you can earn!
As a Store Manager in your local store, you’ll bring your product knowledge, passion for customer service and leadership skills together to drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer.
You’ll still be hands-on and enjoy being out on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right products for their perfect night’s sleep. But you’ll also play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Consultants to achieve their goals.
Our unique sleepPRO™ technology helps our customers find the right sleep products, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to help your team succeed too. From comprehensive training on our products, processes and people to ongoing development and support, we’ll invest in you so you can build the career you want with Bensons.
We want our stores to be places our teams are proud to work in and our customers love to visit. You’ll lead from the front, getting stuck in with your team to maintain high standards, keep the store looking its best and create the best possible shopping and sleeping experience for our customers.
Our customers shop when they’re free, which means evenings, weekends and bank holidays are key opportunities to maximise your earning potential through our fantastic uncapped commission structure. So, you’ll need to be flexible and available to make the most of these opportunities.
We’re looking for an accomplished Store Manager who knows how to coach, motivate and inspire a team, with pride, passion and a positive can-do attitude.
You’ll bring our values of being Devoted, Driven and Daring to life, while leading by example and creating a team culture where everyone can perform at their best.
You’ll be passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience in store. Combining strong people leadership with commercial awareness, you’ll take ownership of your store’s performance and be motivated by achieving — and exceeding — your targets.
Whether it’s finding new ways to grow your business, developing your team or trying something different to improve performance, we want a Store Manager who is ready to lead, challenge and make a difference.
We know you’ll work hard to drive your store’s performance, so we want to reward you for it. Alongside your competitive base salary, OTE and uncapped commission, you’ll also have the opportunity to earn a monthly store bonus when your store achieves its target.
You’ll also have access to:
