• a personalised development programme focusing on industry knowledge, core consultancy skills, technical training, project management and key business skills
• a range of onboarding activities, including meeting your peers, personal development planning and learning more about Steer, our work and our culture
• mentoring from senior colleagues who will work with you to develop your skills; and
• a  dedicated ‘buddy’ who will help you settle into life at Steer
• a career development manager and programme sponsor who supports your cohort throughout the pathway and your professional development through career coaching and career progression at Steer.
