• Actively shape and make profound contributions across team norms (e.g., refining project plans, elevating code review standards, optimizing QA processes, improving on-call rotations).
• Forge strong collaborative relationships across engineering, product, design, data science, and other partner teams to drive cohesive development of complex projects.
• Deepen knowledge of critical product artifacts and proactively identify significant opportunities for architectural or systemic improvement.
• Develop a clear understanding of how engineering strategically impacts our business and product roadmap at a macro level.

• Influence and implement our company's technical roadmap and strategic direction in close partnership with engineering and product leadership.
• Establish critical best practices, drive long-term technical vision, and advocate for architectural shifts to simplify and scale our entire product platform.
• Become a recognized subject matter expert across product verticals and foundational systems, adept at translating broad product requirements into impactful technical strategies.
