Speech Pathologist | Campbelltown

Company Description

Find Your People. Grow Your Career.

The best Speech Pathologists don't stay in a role because of a job title.

They stay because they're supported. Because their team has their back. Because there's someone to debrief with after a challenging session, celebrate breakthroughs with, and help them grow into the clinician they aspire to be.

That's exactly what we're building at Real Therapy Solutions.

Part of the MedHealth Group, Real Therapy Solutions has been delivering high-quality multidisciplinary therapy services for more than 25 years. Across our purpose-built clinics and Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we're one connected team helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, real-life outcomes while creating an environment where clinicians can learn, collaborate, and thrive.

Job Description

Your role will include:

• Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.

What You’ll Love About Working Here

• Support you can count on – structured supervision and mentoring tailored to your experience (no going it alone here)
• A gentle start – a reduced caseload so you can settle in, find your rhythm, and build confidence
• Variety that keeps things interesting – support clients across the lifespan, helping individuals and families navigate different life stages and challenges
• Keep growing – ongoing PD, training, and learning pathways to keep things interesting
• Flexibility that works for you – with options that support your life outside of work
• Feel rewarded – competitive salary, KM reimbursement, incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks
• Extra perks – salary packaging, novated leasing, Fitness Passport, and additional leave
• A team that has your back – supportive, collaborative, and big on open communication (no closed doors here)
• A fun, connected team vibe — team lunches, dinners, theme days, festive celebrations… we love a good excuse to have fun.
• Modern tech + admin support — so you can focus on great therapy, not paperwork.

• A genuine passion for supporting people within the disability sector
