About The Job
We are seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join our regional/global go to market team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams
You will partner directly with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will listen to client needs, architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure, and guide clients from initial technical discovery through to successful integration and launch. This is a technical role owning solution architecture, integration design and proofs of concept for enterprise clients
Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Technical Background
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related technical field
- Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and SDKs; able to read and debug code and build working prototypes and proofs of concept
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred
- Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential
Core Competencies
- Technical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering. You can whiteboard a solution architecture, troubleshoot API calls, and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Client-Facing Presence: You are comfortable presenting to CTOs and lead engineers, handling objections with confidence, and building trust with technical stakeholders
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You don't just answer questions—you uncover underlying needs and propose creative, compliant solutions across multiple jurisdictions
Attributes We Value
- Builder Mentality: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve ambiguous problems
- Curiosity: You constantly ask "why" and dig deep to understand client businesses, not just their technical requirements
- Humility & Collaboration: You know that the best solutions come from teamwork—internally with sales, product, and engineering, and externally with clients

- Prepare solution diagrams, integration guides, and technical proposal documents that clearly articulate Xendit's value proposition
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address technical and regulatory questions during the sales cycle
Proof of Concept (POC) & Integration Advisory
- Scope and manage technical proof of concepts (POCs) for complex enterprise opportunities
- Guide clients through sandbox testing and integration planning, reducing time-to-go-live
- Act as the trusted technical advisor during the sales process, building confidence in Xendit's platform and capabilities
Voice of the Customer to Product
- Capture and synthesize client feedback, technical requirements, and feature requests to share with Xendit's product and engineering teams
