Provide actionable feedback from customer engagements to inform product development and innovation
Preferred experience
5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in cloud engineering or solutions architecture
Fluent in discussing cloud security and networking best practices
Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms, including services like EC2, S3, VPC, and RDS
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm for managing containerized applications
