Software Engineer

At PDT, technology is a core driver of our business. Engineers tackle complex technical and quantitative challenges that advance our research methodology and investment approach.

We hire exceptionally talented engineers and give them room to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment. The people who thrive here value breadth, continuous learning, and long-term investment in their craft. They  find energy in growth that comes from rotating through different teams across the organization. This kind of mobility is central to how we work, allowing engineers to build deep, varied skills and make meaningful impact over time.

Our hiring reflects this collaborative culture. We assess every candidate against one talent bar firmwide, then match engineers to the teams that best set them up for success.
