Monitor crash reporting, analytics, and production health; lead incident resolution

Manage app release cycles, versioning, and store compliance (Apple App Store, Google Play)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

10+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or senior leadership capacity

Proven, deep expertise in both native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit) and native Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose)

Strong command of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)

Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale mobile applications

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and offline-first design

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), and automated testing frameworks

Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play

Solid understanding of mobile security, data privacy, and platform guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Kotlin Multiplatform)

Experience with modular app architecture and large-scale codebases

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and team leadership

Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic technical oversight
