Job Description

Hey there, fellow Gen Z-ers (and Millennials too)! Are you always hungry for new opportunities? Do you thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment? Then we've got the perfect job for you! As a Shuffler you will be preparing cards for live games by executing high quality shuffle and card change procedures.

We're game changers and game creators, and we're looking for someone who's just as passionate about innovations as we are. Don't worry if you've never done anything like this before, though: we'll give you full media training in the Evolution Academy.

The Rewards

Now, let's talk about the good stuff. As an innovations, technology, and people's company, we've got a lot of perks to offer.

• You'll receive a good remuneration package —  to fuel your coffee addiction or your weekend TV Show binges;
• Paid break time — because we care about your well-being and know that you need to recharge your batteries;
• Flexible working hours that fit around your lifestyle —  so you can work hard, study hard and play hard, or snooze hard, depending on your priorities;
• You'll have access to our gym and canteen — so whether you prefer a run or a smoothie, we've got you covered;
• and the opportunity to gain media and broadcasting experience in state-of-the-art broadcast studios and enhance your language skills — so you can shine like a star in our studios.

Qualifications

To apply for this opportunity, you'll need to have:

• A secondary education — Sorry, we can't accept your Fortnite wins as credentials.
• A professional working proficiency in Georgian and some basic English skills. (We're not looking for Shakespeare, but we don't want you sounding like Google Translate either).
• Ability to handle standard software applications like MS Office and Windows. (If you're still rocking a flip phone, it might be time for an upgrade).
• A sense of responsibility — No ghosting us or bailing last minute, okay?
• Great time management skills and ability to work within set-up schedules, because nothing screams "awesome" like getting things done on time.

If you're at least 18 years old, have a positive attitude towards changes and challenges, and are ready to tackle your first job, then you might just be the perfect fit for us.

Additional Information

At Evolution, we value inclusivity and diversity. Our culture promotes growth and provides paid on-the-job training at our Academy to help you realize your full potential.

We also offer:

• Salary from 576 GEL up to 1165 GEL (after 18 months of working) + bonuses.
• Health insurance — because we've got your back (and the rest of your body too);
• FitPass with corporate service at partner companies — so you can work out like a boss at fitness centers;
• Privilege card with corporate discounts — Shop till you drop!
• The opportunity to use Bookboon — the world's largest eBook and audio learning publisher (eBooks, Podcasts, Live Virtual Classrooms, Online classes etc.) to impress your friends with your newfound knowledge or just ace your exams!
• Fast career development opportunity and trainings, the first one is paid;
• And if you refer someone for a specific role and help us grow our team, you'll get a sweet referral bonus.
