Shift Lead - Katwijk aan Zee

Company Description

We are Flink — your online supermarket that is revolutionizing the way you shop for groceries. We offer a broad assortment of high-quality products and deliver them to your home within minutes. Our customers are always our top priority — we make sure every product we deliver is fresh.

Flink moves fast — and so do the people who thrive here. The culture is hands-on and no-nonsense: things get built, fixed, and improved in real time, not in meetings. There’s a strong sense of ownership at every level, and our Hub leadership is expected to lead from the floor, not from the sidelines. It’s a place where operational sharpness and people skills matter equally — because without a motivated team, the orders don’t go out.

About the Shift Lead position:

As a Shift Lead (m/f/d), you are the right hand of the Hub Manager — working hands-on with your team on the floor every shift. From picking and packing to timely deliveries, you keep operations running smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You ensure that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition, while keeping your team motivated, supported, and set up for success. What is in it for you? A salary between €2.553,60 and €2.742,40 gross, per 4 weeks (when working fulltime), development and career opportunities and a discount on your own Flink groceries!

If you’re ready to take ownership and lead from the front, apply now!
