ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant

Would you like to join the leading business technology company in the Nordics? Do you speak both business and technology fluently? If yes, keep reading!

Sofigate is growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow solution consultant to join our Platforms business stream. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and passion for how technology and business are changing the world.

In the Platforms business stream, we partner with our customers to discover innovative solutions that enhance their business outcomes, and we collaborate with some of the largest enterprises in the Nordics on their ServiceNow journey.
Time to value is crucial for both our customers and us! Embracing modern ways of working and leveraging the latest techniques to focus on customer needs is part of our DNA, ensuring our customers maximize their investments.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience in seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

Your skills align perfectly with our core values, Dare, Care and Grow: daring to innovate, caring for impactful solutions, and a commitment to continual growth. Join us in shaping the future of ServiceNow development with a team that values your unique blend of technical prowess and a forward-thinking mindset.

What we expect:

• You have at least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

• You possess strong communication and technical skills, and you can lead workshops and gather customer requirements effectively

• You excel in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, providing guidance and advice to both customers and team members
• Module specific competence. Ideally, expertise with the HR and/or IRM modules (as well as relevant certifications)

• You mentor the team by consistently supporting your colleagues, demonstrating best practices, and guiding them on how to innovate within ServiceNow
• You are passionate about technology and the solutions it can bring to organizations. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.

What’s in it for you?

As a Sofigator, you get the opportunity to work with knowledgeable and driven colleagues, develop and challenge yourself and create sustainable value for our customers. We are here for the long run, not just implementing a tech solution, but we take care of the entire transformation of the customer and build long-term partnerships.

We have an international, vibrant and fun culture with great openness and flexibility. We value every Sofigator and strive to build a diverse, equal, and inclusive workplace where everyone’s voice is heard, and where everyone can become the best versions of themselves. We value a healthy work life balance and support you in maintaining it.

Growth is not just a corporate thing for us – it is personal. There is so much to explore and learn within our community, and together with our customers, that having a bit of fun is unavoidable.

We do not leave the future up to chance. We take ownership of it. You can, too. Own your future!

We would like to hear from you

If you want to join our journey to dare, care and grow together with our clients and fellow Sofigators, we are eager to hear more from you. Please, tell us more about your background, competences and your motivation to be part of our growth story.

If you have any questions, please contact Markus Labråten, CTO,  markus.labraten [at] sofigate.com
