We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale products across the Injective ecosystem
You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams across multiple initiatives, helping drive product direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch and iteration
Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution
Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making
Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations

Fluent in English
Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
