About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of vacancies
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver successful hiring outcomes
• Developing creative attraction and sourcing strategies to access top talent
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Providing market insight and recruitment expertise to stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Supporting employer branding, talent attraction and Early Careers initiatives
• Championing an inclusive and engaging recruitment experience

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• The ability to build credibility and trusted partnerships quickly
• Confidence working on multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets
• A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Whether your experience comes from an in-house, agency or blended background, you'll enjoy working collaboratively, challenging the status quo and finding innovative ways to connect great people with great opportunities.

Benefits

• Competitive reward package including Profit Share, Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance
• Flexible and hybrid working
• 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced leave provisions and a paid volunteering day
• Investment in your learning, development and career progression
• A supportive, inclusive culture with the opportunity to work alongside recognised sector experts
