Senior Strategy Consultant

Would you like to contribute to high-impact growth strategies for our global top-tier clients, helping to drive significant transformation and unlock new levels of value?

Are you a highly motivated, business-savvy professional ready to leverage your strategy consulting experience to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of growth strategy, customer experience, technology and operations? Then you might be just the Senior Strategy Consultant we’re looking for!

We specialize in helping brands to formulate and activate consumer-centric strategies that generate growth.  We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our expanding team. This role will focus on delivering robust customer experience strategies for our clients in areas including loyalty, omni-channel CRM and Agentic CX.

What will your day look like?

You will primarily engage with client project teams, often owning key workstreams and deliverables independently within broader strategic engagements.

Your assignments will focus on shaping strategic direction, including:

• Supporting and facilitating strategic work sessions with client stakeholders, helping to guide decision-making processes around business growth, brand and CX strategy, and operational readiness.

• Driving the development of robust business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps to address client objectives and market realities.

• Orchestrating qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking, translating data and insights into tangible strategic recommendations.

• Conducting current-state assessments of client capabilities, identifying operational gaps and strategic opportunities for improvement.

• Owning the delivery of strategic frameworks and solutions, from initial research and analysis to implementation planning, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Cultivating strong daily working relationships with client counterparts, acting as a reliable advisor and trusted partner on key project workstreams.

• Supporting the development of new business opportunities and client proposals, contributing to our firm's growth.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of strategy with technology, creative, and data execution.

Who are you going to work with?

You will join a team of highly skilled consultants and become part of a dynamic and international environment where you will have ample opportunity to further develop your personal and professional consulting skills. Your role will involve significant collaboration with cross-functional experts and professionals from our technology, data science, creative, and client teams across our global offices. We are a leader within our field and are a transformation partner for some of the most admired brands in the world.

What do you bring to the table?

You possess a self-starter and can-do mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining a structured approach and meticulous attention to detail. You demonstrate a superior ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize diverse qualitative and quantitative data, establishing profound insights and crafting compelling, executive-ready narratives.

With your advanced reasoning skills, you can interpret extensive and ambiguous information, navigating multiple variables to form robust strategies.

You excel at building and managing stakeholder relationships, and in addition, you have:

• A relevant master's degree; preferably within Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.

• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a management consulting firm, Big 4 environment, or an in-house corporate strategy team.

• Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation is a strong plus, though a broad strategy consulting background is highly valued.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams independently, taking full ownership of deliverables and project deadlines.

• Exceptional executive-level writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly.

• High proficiency in advanced analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive communication, particularly for presenting strategic insights and financial business cases.

• Superior analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting business challenges and formulating innovative solutions.

• A willingness to travel internationally as required to meet client and project demands.
