To guide this evolution, we are hiring a Sr.Staff Software Engineer to serve as the overarching Technical Individual Contributor Leader for the entire Provider organization
This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, architectural foresight, and cross-functional leadership
Operating as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, the incumbent will be responsible for setting the technical roadmap, establishing engineering standards, and driving high-impact initiatives that span all teams within the Provider domain

Proven Technical Leadership: Extensive experience operating as a principal or lead architect for a major product domain or engineering group. With the knowledge and hands-on experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success, post-launch maintenance
Domain Knowledge: Background in provider ecosystems, healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), or complex B2B integration networks is highly desirable but not mandatory
Start-up experience
Previous experience in products with high reliability/accuracy requirements (finance, mission-critical systems, etc.)
Experience developing SaaS applications using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
Experience with “on-call”, ability to deep dive complex issues and drive them to resolution independently
