About Copado
Copado is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, revolutionizing how the world's largest organizations achieve success in their Salesforce deployments. Our mission is to accelerate the Salesforce development lifecycle, support digital transformation, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.
About the Role
As Copado's first Senior Solutions Consultant in the APAC region (based in Sydney), you will be a foundational hire with the opportunity to shape and define how we show up technically across the region. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and the right candidate will have a clear path toward leading and mentoring a broader SC team.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to our Account Executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle, while laying the groundwork for a growing SC practice as our APAC presence expands. You will bring Agentia to life by translating complex AI, DevOps, and AgentOps concepts into compelling, value-driven presentations and narratives, and your influence will extend well beyond the deal cycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives on enterprise sales opportunities across the APAC region, providing expert pre-sales technical support
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and architecture presentations that showcase how Agentia is leveraged in every stage of the software delivery lifecycle
- Lead solution workshops, proofs of value (POVs), and trials that prove rapid, quantifiable ROI for customers and prospects
- Respond to RFx requests and manage bid processes with a focus on articulating Copado's differentiated AgentOps value proposition
- Architect solutions that address customer-specific challenges and pain points
- Support and enable Copado's APAC partner ecosystem to effectively position and demonstrate the Agentia platform
- Partner with cross functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Support, and Services to drive customer success and upsell opportunities
- Represent Copado at field events, industry conferences, and customer briefings across the region
- Contribute to sales strategy and build lasting relationships with key technical customer stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant business and technology experience, with a strong track record in pre-sales or technical consulting
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical presentations, command an audience, and communicate business value with clarity and confidence
- Proficiency in enterprise application design, solution architecture, and modern technology stacks
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities independently across a broad geography
- Willingness to travel for industry events and on-site customer engagements across APAC
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a satellite office with an organization headquartered in the US or Europe
- Hands-on experience and/or certifications with Salesforce, Copado, or other DevOps solutions
- Familiarity with AI agents, AgentOps concepts, or Salesforce Agentforce/Data 360
- Experience with the SDLC, release management, CI/CD pipeline design, or test automation
- Background in data integration, data privacy requirements, or compliance-driven delivery
