Senior Software Engineer, Reporting Team

Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring. Not the soul-crushing kind, more like smart people doing great work without chaos or drama.
That’s because we focus on what matters. No pointless meetings, micromanagement, or unnecessary bureaucracy getting in the way. And when we're not sure what the next move should be, we test it — we're data-driven, and insights beat gut feelings every time.
Same goes for how we treat each other. Feedback here is honest, because people actually listen, and there's no room for egos or hand-holding. Everyone's an experienced professional who moves fast and adapts easily.
All of this matters, because Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven, so our work stays rooted in solving real problems for ecommerce brands. Results > promises.
And when the work's done, we know how to enjoy it — the grown-up kind. Workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. Nothing forced, no awkward icebreakers. We genuinely like being around each other.

Omnisend is a customer-funded, product-led company where experienced teams work with high autonomy and little bureaucracy. We use customer insights, product data, and experimentation to make decisions, then iterate quickly based on what we learn. We value transparency, candid feedback, ownership, and meaningful collaboration.

The Reporting team at Omnisend empowers merchants with clear, actionable insights into their marketing performance. We build the analytics and reporting capabilities that help merchants understand how their campaigns, automations, and channels drive engagement and revenue. Our solutions transform complex marketing and sales data into intuitive dashboards and reports, enabling merchants to analyze performance, discover opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to grow their business.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development, but who is also comfortable working across the full stack. Proactive, product-minded individuals who enjoy owning features end-to-end and are enthusiastic about building data-driven products will thrive at Omnisend. If you’re passionate about designing scalable backend systems, working with complex data, and occasionally contributing to intuitive front-end experiences that deliver actionable insights to merchants, we’d love to have you on our team!
