About the Team

Client Engineering bridges global product capabilities with territory-specific client needs. We own implementation, support, acceleration and invention work that is delivered at pace while protecting long-term platform integrity. The team partners deeply with Product and Market Engineering, absorbing client-driven complexity and building scalable regional solutions. With expansion into new territories underway, we’re hiring a senior engineer to shape architecture and elevate delivery standards across the London team.

Additional Context

This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused environment where engineers are expected to operate comfortably in ambiguity and prioritise pragmatic outcomes over perfection. We value people who ask questions early, collaborate openly, and unblock themselves quickly. Many successful engineers in the team come from environments where pace, adaptability and getting things done matter. As Client Engineering expands into new territories, there will be opportunities to contribute to evolving market initiatives and shape how the team scales.
