How We operate

Impact Over Scope
We care about what actually gets done, and we're endlessly curious about how to get there. That means noticing what's broken, asking why, stepping in without being asked, and delivering work that moves the needle. If you're the type of person who finishes a task and immediately wonders whether it actually worked, you'll thrive here.

Reliability is Non-Negotiable

We hold a high bar for follow-through, and so does everyone around you. We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for people who own their commitments, communicate early when something's at risk, and never leave the team guessing. We've got too much to build to be chasing each other down.

Learn Once, Adapt Fast, Go Deep

We move fast, which means we'll all get things wrong sometimes. When you do, don't just patch it, dig in. Reverse engineer what happened, find the pattern, and fix it at the root. Feedback here isn't personal, it's how we get better together. If you can hear hard things, learn from them, and come back stronger, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Think & Act Like an Owner
Everyone here has skin in the game. If something is yours to own, that means all of it: the follow-through, the blockers, the communication, the outcome. See it through from start to finish, and make sure it lands. We give our team real responsibility because we trust them to treat it that way.
