Senior Software Engineer

You're a builder. You hate bureaucracy. You ship.

MotorK Ultra - an elite unit within MotorK - is assembling a handful of exceptional engineers across Europe. No distractions. Just you, AI, and genuinely hard problems.

We're not looking for many. We're looking for the right ones.

Strong fundamentals still matter  - clean architecture, scalable systems, maintainable code. What's new is the AI multiplier on top. We sit at the intersection of deep vertical complexity (automotive SaaS, 10,000+ dealerships, enterprise-grade) and a company that has gone all-in on AI as its primary engine of scale.

Vertical SaaS captures the most value from AI. We're not theorising - we're living it.

High autonomy. Real tools. An environment where leveraging AI is a feature, not a quirk.

If you're relentless and fast, and you've been waiting for a place that rewards it - let's talk.
