As a Senior Software Developer on the Post-Trade Management team, you will design and deliver the software that keeps post-trade processing running smoothly: from clearing and settlement to inventory reconciliation across each of the 8 (and counting!) external depositories we work with. Design and deliver post-trade automations across depositories to support new and existing products
Contribute to technical design decisions that shape the future of our post-trade processing pipeline
Mentor other developers through pairing, code review, and in-the-moment feedback
Use AI to accelerate development and explore new ideas as part of how the team builds day-to-day
Partner closely with Securities Operations, Product Management, and other engineering teams to understand the why behind what we’re building, not just the what and the how
