The Role

As Senior Sales Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of Hackuity’s most strategic deals. Working hand-in-hand with Account Executives and reporting to the CRO, you will own the end-to-end technical sales journey for our largest, most complex enterprise opportunities — from deep-dive discovery with CISOs and security architects to proof-of-concept execution and final technical validation. This is a high-visibility, high-stakes role at the heart of our global pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Lead technical discovery and solution design for Fortune 500 and large enterprise prospects — deeply understanding their security architecture, tooling landscape, and vulnerability management maturity to craft compelling, tailored value propositions
Design and deliver executive-level product demonstrations, adapting the narrative to technical practitioners and C-suite audiences alike (CISO, CTO, IT Directors)
Own complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end — scope success criteria, manage timelines, orchestrate internal resources, and drive technical wins on the most strategic opportunities in the pipeline
Lead responses to enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, producing high-quality, technically precise answers in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Act as a strategic technical advisor to key prospects throughout the sales cycle, building trusted relationships that go beyond product demos
Shape the presales practice — build reusable demo environments, technical playbooks, competitive battle cards, and best practices that elevate the entire commercial team
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and feed market intelligence and customer feedback into the product roadmap
Represent Hackuity externally at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings as a credible, senior technical voice

What You’ll Bring

10+ years of experience in a Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture role within B2B enterprise software — ideally in cybersecurity or adjacent technical domains
Demonstrated track record of winning large, complex deals with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles (procurement, security, IT, C-suite)
Deep technical fluency in cybersecurity — strong understanding of vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations (SOC), and the broader security tooling landscape (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, GRC, etc.)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills — able to engage and influence both hands-on technical teams and executive decision-makers with clarity, authority, and confidence
Consultative, diagnostic mindset — you don’t demo features; you map security challenges to measurable business outcomes and build ROI narratives that resonate at the board level
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
