Act as the in-market expert on what resonates locally – delivering insights on trends, competitor activity, and community needs.
Content & Communication (20%)
Create compelling, local-first social media content (in partnership with the corporate Loyalty, PR, and Event Marketing teams) to promote events, tell community stories, and spotlight store experiences.
Own email outreach and local event promotion strategies with a focus on conversion and attendance through work with the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
Gather and share content (photos, testimonials, short videos) that reflect the vibrancy of our community and store culture.
Retail Support & Integration (10%)
Support store staff in delivering premium shopping experiences – specifically during event-related traffic.
Educate the store staff on upcoming events and campaigns to be able to effectively communicate with customers.
