About the role:

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own and evolve our AI-powered product that helps customers scale and optimize their advertising performance.

A high-impact, high-ownership role at the intersection of AI, data, and real customer workflows, with strong influence on product direction.

Why this is a game-changing role?

• We’re heavily investing in AI and building products powered by LLMs and machine learning — this role leads the charge on innovation.

• You’ll collaborate with strong, self-driven engineering teams that value product leadership.

• You’ll operate in a fast-moving AI landscape, where staying ahead of trends matters.

• Exposure to high-profile global clients and the opportunity to build strategic, long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for our AI experiences, including Agentic AI, driving app growth.

• Drive rapid iterations based on customer feedback and product data.

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI capabilities.

• Improve how the AI product experience and agentic AI works — from expanding accessible datasets to refining response quality and user workflows.

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, beta programs, and analytics (SQL, Amplitude, BI tools).

• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders to align product direction with business goals.

• Continuously monitor AI/LLM trends and translate them into product opportunities.

About you:

• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B or core tool-based products with measurable business impact.

• Experience with AI-powered or ML-driven products and understanding of how non-deterministic systems work.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product data and analytics tools.

• Ability to deeply understand customer workflows and build products that integrate seamlessly into them.

• Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers on architecture, logic, and data flows.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and early-stage product environments.

• Strong product intuition combined with a structured, metrics-first mindset.

• Active interest in AI trends and emerging technologies.

• Fluent English (C1+).

Who this role is NOT for:

• If your background is primarily in growth or marketing rather than core product ownership.

• If you prefer predictable, deterministic systems over experimental AI environments.

• If you’re used to highly structured, slow-moving organizations.

• If you haven’t owned products end-to-end with clear business impact.

What is there for you?

• Time Off: Vacation and public holidays following your country's regulations. Additional PTOs annually for personal rejuvenation.

• Health and Wellness: Medical insurance or health care compensation. Paid sick leave to prioritize your well-being.

• Professional Development: Top online/offline conferences and mobile industry events. Internal courses for continuous professional development.

• Performance and Growth: Micro-management-free and supportive management style. Semi-annual performance review sessions. New career opportunities through our internal mobility program.

• Team Engagement: Corporate online events and offline team retreats. Collaboration between teams through shared OKRs. Environment conducive to open dialogue and constructive feedback.

• Work Flexibility: Flexible working schedule for a better work-life balance. Remote-first working environment.

• Workspace Options: Coworking costs coverage program. Office hubs in key locations for a convenient and productive work environment.
