Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, Ranorex, Gatling, or LoadRunner, and familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python, and solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Ability to analyze system behavior under load, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Interest and motivation to work in agile software development, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and operations teams.
Good communication skills and fluent language skills in Finnish and English, enabling clear reporting and customer-focused discussions.

It would be beneficial if you also have

If you are already a seasoned professional looking for new challenges.
