We are hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer to help build and scale Rula’s patient-facing mobile applications
You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of impactful features across iOS and Android using React Native, partnering closely with Product, Design, and backend engineers to create intuitive, reliable experiences that make mental health care more accessible
You’ll help evolve our mobile architecture, improve engineering quality through testing and performance optimizations, and mentor teammates while contributing to the long-term success of our mobile platform

Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production mobile applications
Experience owning projects from design through delivery, with the ability to make tradeoffs and communicate rationale
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners, surfacing risks early and contributing to clear scope/estimates
Experience shipping mobile features end-to-end, from design through release and monitoring
