Senior Media Buyer (Part-time)

Some media buyers launch campaigns. The strong ones turn budget into growth, bring order to complexity, and know how to scale performance with judgment. At Whitecollars, we are looking for the second kind.

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer to join our team, someone who can combine strategic thinking, execution discipline, and sharp performance judgment across multiple channels and markets. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to manage ads inside a dashboard. It is for someone who understands the commercial weight behind every campaign, can make confident decisions with data, and knows how to turn paid media into measurable business results.

If you are the kind of marketer who enjoys ownership, clarity, and performance that can be defended with numbers, this role may be the right next step.

About Whitecollars:

Whitecollars helps ambitious businesses grow through smarter hiring, stronger execution, and a modern way of building teams and business functions. We work with clients across industries and markets, supporting growth through disciplined delivery, strong standards, and practical use of systems, technology, and human judgment.

Our environment is built around quality, ownership, and trust. We care about how work is done, how people communicate, and how results are achieved. We are not interested in noise, inflated titles, or busy work. We value people who think clearly, execute well, and raise the standard around them.

Why this role matters:

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will lead paid media execution across campaigns that require both performance focus and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels, while ensuring spend is aligned with results and strategy is aligned with business goals.

This role matters because paid media should not operate as isolated activity. It should contribute directly to growth, lead generation, conversion performance, and stronger return on marketing investment.

You will step into a role with visible impact, real responsibility, and room to influence how performance marketing is executed at a higher standard.

What you will own

• Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display, and other relevant channels
• Build full-funnel strategies covering awareness, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion objectives
• Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, efficiency, and scaling opportunities
• Monitor performance closely and optimize campaigns based on data, business priorities, and commercial impact
• Build smart audience strategies using segmentation, targeting logic, and platform insights
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results continuously
• Track and interpret key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to produce clear recommendations
• Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure campaign execution is aligned across functions
• Support both e-commerce and B2B growth initiatives through performance-driven campaign management
• Stay current on platform changes, audience behavior, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

What success looks like here

Success in this role is not measured by campaign volume alone.

It is measured by the quality of your decisions, the consistency of your performance, and your ability to turn media investment into meaningful business outcomes.

A strong Senior Media Buyer at Whitecollars is someone who keeps campaigns under control, improves results over time, spots issues early, and brings confidence to performance discussions through clear thinking and strong execution.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines technical capability with maturity, ownership, and strong commercial judgment.

You will likely be a strong fit if you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience managing campaigns for both e-commerce and B2B businesses
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Clear understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Strong analytical ability and confidence making data-driven decisions
• Experience handling large budgets, multiple campaigns, and multi-market execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and execution discipline
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment without losing pace or quality

Benefits

• Whitecollars is a remote-first company: we are built around modern work, not office presence

• You get flexibility with accountability: people are trusted to manage their work professionally and deliver at a high standard
• You get real ownership: this is not a narrow execution role, strong contributors are trusted with meaningful responsibility
• The environment is built for growth: if you perform well, there is room to grow fast and take on bigger scope
• You work in a modern marketing environment: AI tools, experimentation, and continuous improvement are part of how we work
• Your performance is recognised: strong contribution is seen, valued, and rewarded
• There is support for learning and development: Whitecollars invests in people who want to improve and grow
• Your wellbeing is taken seriously: the company offers premium health insurance, additional long weekends, and a broader people experience designed to support sustainable performance
• The culture is professional but not rigid: expectations are high, but the environment avoids unnecessary bureaucracy and micromanagement
• There is space for human connection: team initiatives and company rituals help create a healthier, more connected work environment
• You are joining an ambitious company: one that values output, quality, trust, and people who know how to move work forward
