Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy, Brand Strategy

Role Summary

At Pfizer, breakthroughs change patients' lives. In Specialty Care that means people living with rare and serious conditions, from ATTR amyloidosis and hemophilia to atopic dermatitis and vitiligo. Our Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team turns data into the decisions that help these medicines reach the patients who need them, powered by a proprietary, AI-enabled analytics stack few commercial teams can match. As a strategist on IIS, you will turn evidence into the strategy that grows these brands.

Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy who both derives insight and shapes strategy for a priority Specialty Care brand or portfolio. Reporting to the IIS TA Lead, this role generates primary and secondary insights, connects them with analytics, and synthesizes them into clear recommendations that support brand strategy.

Working across both the insight-derivation and strategy sides of the brand, the Senior Manager supports strategic thought partnership to brand marketing and sales teams, helping frame business questions and answering them with rigorous research and analysis. They design and execute primary market research to represent the voice of the customer, integrate it with secondary and performance data, and translate the result into actionable recommendations, using IIS-built capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a rising brand consultant with a proven track record of framing problems and delivering solutions for challenging business situations. They pair in-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, including primary and secondary research, with a keen understanding of what strong, timely insight derivation looks like. Their team orientation, collaborative approach, and outstanding listening skills, along with their ability to manage through influence, let their exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity shine. A refined executive presence, strong storytelling, and excellent verbal and written communication drive their success and their ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Why IIS: What You'll Gain

• Work at the frontier of AI in commercial analytics. You will use and help shape IIS-built tools like ORBIT (our subnational performance platform) and AnalogueOS (our AI analogue-matching engine), and build the AI fluency that is fast becoming the most valuable skill in the field.

• A clear path forward. IIS runs a recognized individual-contributor career track from Senior Manager toward Director-level strategist roles, where you advance through craft and impact, and your work directly informs the decisions brand leaders make.

• A real seat at the table. You will partner with brand and sales teams and senior leaders as a trusted thought partner rather than an order-taker.

• A culture built on curiosity. We reward the sharper question, out-of-the-box thinking, and genuine intellectual partnership over order-taking.
